If I could give no stars I would. We looked at a 2010 ford at this location. Was told that there was be person ahead of us to look at truck. Person looks at it and is suppose to come back the next day to buy it. Got a call when I was working unable to pick up my phone about the vehicle. The other man stated he wanted bigger motor that that one had. So that’s when who ever works there calls and leaves a message for my husband. My husband could not answer at that time so he calls back and supposedly he was eliminated due to not answering the phone. Mind you we went with cash in hand and last time I check if you have money in hand no one will deny you purchasing things. Well we called back and was told you are eliminated due to not answering. We will call back if the next person doesn’t buy it. About 1 hr later a female calls and left message bragging that the truck was already sold. Believe me I have never seen or heard of business being done this way. Very disgusting with these so called business people. Good thing is it probably would have lasted 2 months before it broke anyways. When we test drove it it had lights on and the AC did not work at all. Be care with these people!!! And mind you my husband is Hispanic and they probably thought he was from illegal, but guess what he is a US Citizen, and we will carry our money else where. Racism is real people, saw it first hand.
And another thing when my husband called back a female answered and said she would get who ever call to the phone.. we waited 15 min on the phone listening to conversation they were having and then someone picks up phone and hangs up. Customer service for you right there.

Really I wouldn't even give them one star at all , paid twelve grand for a 2010 Buick lacrosse that had more problems than my old jeep, first took it to his shop to do diagnostics for check engine light first week I bought it! They kept it for a week and told me it didn't pull up any codes!! Really!! Ecm was put in from junkyard so ordered that , then it told me crankshaft position sensor and right strut is bad , Horrible experience!! Do not do electrical their LoL

I highly recommend this business to anyone the owner was very honest and even made extra Provisions so that I could meet outside of normal business hours the title even came back in under 2 weeks. i look forward to doing business with Ardmore Auto in the future.
