I can’t say enough good things about this shop! While driving form Florida to Ohio, I had an emergency with my truck’s wheel hub late in the day, and they didn’t hesitate to help. Even though it was right at closing time, the team stayed late to make sure the repair was done safely and correctly. They worked quickly, kept me informed the whole time, and treated me with real professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find a shop that cares this much about their customers. They got my truck back on the road again that night so I could continue my dirve. Highly recommend to anyone who needs honest, dependable service—especially when you’re in a tough spot. Thank you.

AWFUL!!!!!
My Tahoe was there for over 4 months last year getting a transmission replaced and when I picked it up it broke down on my way home. I took it back and eventually got it back 2 months later. Well the transmission went out again this year (I had a 3 year warranty through them) so I took it back and it was there for almost 5 months and we would call about twice a month and they always claimed they were working on it so we went down there finally to confront them and it was sitting in the exact same spot where we dropped it off and the battery was completely dead (brand new battery) which meant it hadn’t been cranked at all during that time. The guy had literally told us it was taken apart the day before. We had it towed somewhere else and ate the money for a new transmission and had it back in about a week driving fantastic. Do not go to them. They switched business locations from Ardmore TN side to Ardmore Al side, but you can review the reviews on Google with similar reviews from the TN shop.

Outstanding customer service clean and classic car shop feel about it. I was traveling and had a lug nut break off due to a loose wheel.
I limped in and they took me in right away to get me back safely on the road.

The mechanic was very friendly and he also seemed very knowledgeable to other mechanical issues,,, he changed 8 plugs and coil packs on my F150 5.4 engine, which is a lot of work when you know what has to be done !! Will always get my business !??

Well didn't make an appointment, this was my first time there but he got me in and out quick before his appointment did show up. Very nice. Oils change was only $45. Which I feel is a good price for my beast.
