Went in this evening/night and you couldn’t even check out at the register closest to the door. The worker was hanging out with 2 teenagers who had look like the whole menu from the kfc/Taco Bell across the street. It has went down hill since the guy manager quit.

I had the worst experience in this store. It would be a negative review, but you can't. As a disabled elderly lady. Who served 30 years with the Department of Defense and 4 years Marines I've never been treated like that for absolutely NO reason. The manager backs up employees who are rude, lie, and have unacceptable behavior. They take all the bad reviews down. The TRUE ones... Watch eating there. The cook has herpes..... Jordan the store manager as well as Ralph are a shady. They both should be fired. And the employee that started it all found out the truth.

Come see me at the Shell Quick Mart. Great Food for breakfast, Lunch, snacks or just about anything. We Are on the Alabama side. No Alcohol sales there. Good Friendly service as well.

2022: Best breakfast in town also their hot plate lunches are amazing!! Friendly staff and clean store!
Update: October 2024, Since like middle/late July you can’t go in there and be out in less than 5-10 mins as before. We haven’t been back for food since. Just get gas and use the atm.
Update: January 2025, one of the OG workers is now the store manager. I can’t wait to see the store back to how it was!

Okay as long as you don't have to use your shell rewards inside. The mechanism doesn't work or employees don't know how to work them

I love going to Shell! The employees here are truly wonderful! I only use Shell gas for my car & I am always satisfied with it!I highly & kindly recommend them!

They need to stop cooking up food and piling it up in the hot box. Nobody wants food that been at the bottom of the stack all day. It used to be better food when it was kept fresh all day. I'm sure business would be better if this was still the case but it's not. Also probably wind up throwing food away because of this practice. They used to have the best chicken livers around now because of employees cooking them to early by 1pm they are hard and cold and dry. Please do better! Sincerely a platinum shell rewards member.

Their biscuits are so good. I always get the bacon (has to be crispy) and egg one. The young girl , Morgan, who works there is the sweetest.

Typical Shell station; fairly clean.Fresh food station menu is electronic, and confusing. Has scrolling (specials?) menu items but not prices of what was in the display. They only had 3 spicy wings and they asked me if I wanted a regular for the 4th (I assume for a meal order?) so I said sure. I also got the cheese sticks (3 for $2.79 +tax), they were Not good - hard rubbery and flavorless. I was surprised to find that 4 wings and 3 sad-little cheese sticks would cost $8.91 out the door. The plus is that the spicy wings were Very tasty.
