I have used Wooten's body shop for several repairs and they are wonderful. Always professional service whether towing or repair. Will continue to used them in the future (but hopefully not too soon)

My review is coming late but I was reminded today of the day I was in my wreck and how crappy the experience was. I was in an accident and these people came and towed my car. They told me it wasn't drivable and took it. I took pictures of my vehicle as it was being towed and that applies later in the story. The day after they towed it, my uncle went to look at my car. Turns out if they would have pulled my wheel well out, I would have been able to drive it no problem. Instead they took advantage of how young I was and charged an arm and a leg to keep it "two days" when they'd had it less than 24 hours by the time my uncle took it home. Now on to the pictures. I took several pictures of the process so my dad knew what was going on. The impact of my wreck was only to the front of my car. There was no damage on the back at all..that is until I got it back and both of my tail lights were shattered. I called them hundreds of times with no answer or when I did get an answer I was told to call back later and when I did there would again be no answer. It's been over a year now and I still call them for answers and get nothing. Worst experience ever I can't believe they are allowed to do business this way.

Well when you are charged a "no key" fee when the keys are clearly in the car, VERY UNPLEASANT VISIT. Ridiculous that when you ask a wrecker what all they need to pick the car up, they only tell you the bill. They don't mention the keys better be in their hand or its a "no key" fee. Very unprofessional. Sad a business has to make their money that way.
