It's so wrong that they have a price posted yet thats not the price at the register. In order to get the prices you have to download an app and leave all your information - just for the posted prices.

We came trough here when traveling in our RV some time ago. Place was organized and clean. And we understand that most Dollar General are understaffed. So they are doing the "extra mile" (or 10)

This is a bit of a rant...forgive me if i offend people but there are things i have seen since i have been coming into the store. So i recently started shopping at the Arley location because of recent issues i experienced at the Addison location but thats neither here nor there. I started shopping at the Arley location for the last 3 weeks and normally i would come in i would find associates sitting on the floor or joking around so much to the point that one specific male worker would be making sexual inuendo jokes towards another female employee. Although she hadnt said it made her uncomfortable i could tell she didnt like the way he was speaking to her and i personally didnt find it amusing either specially where i had my young child with me. I proceeded on with my grocery shopping and i would notice that there were times where i would buy things such as tomatoes or avocados and when i got them home the same day they had MOLD all over them. I didnt take it back for a refund because i live roughly 30 minutes+ away and i couldnt come in and return it. Now while i didnt like that when i come in i have to stand and have a long conversation with one male individual who worked there when all i want to do is check out my groceries and leave he wold tell me random stuff that in any other given situation i would be like ok thats nice but i gave him the benefit of the doubt. The manager is always either MIA or not there and when i say this this is from a few people whom have called or needed her at check out and the poor girl who had black curly hair who did work the register had to say unfortunately my manager isnt here but let me call her. Theres one worker who is fairly new and shes so sweet and polite every time i come in she greets me and my family and asks if theres anything we need. She goes above and beyond that where she doesnt know where something she goes with us to locate whatever items we need and her customer service experience is amazing. I have never seen her upset or rude with any customers and shes always there there whether mornings or in the afternoon time shes never put anything before customers. I have to give this place a one star simply because theres hardly anyone there willing to work with exception of one sweet girl whos name i dont remember i know it starts with an S. Not to mention that this is not just the course of 1 day its been at least 3 weeks where either there was no one to greet or i buy food from there and its been moldly or damaged. Not to mention my wife had come in with her mother asking about certain items and rather than the workers going and checking for her they would just tell her we dont have any of whatever or we dont carry it so she asked the one girl with black curly hair shes about 5ft and wheres glasses and shes IMMEDIATELY walked my wifes mother over to the items she was looking for and even apologizedfor the misunderstanding...I dont know exactly what this young ladys name is with the glasses and curly hair but shes a sweet person and i wish nothing but the best for that young lady

Their internet service is always down .. 4 to 5 out of 7 days a week they cant take debit cards because of this ... Also they should hire a kid after school to help them stock because their isles are getting pretty bad and I cant get to certain isles and had to wiggle my way to get to what I was searching for... So manager if you read this just know I know some of it like the internet is up to corporate but something can be done about the isles needing to be uncluttered with things most of us are looking for but cant find it because its on a cart ?

I’ve been to this store four times and they can never take my debit card. They apparently are a cash only store. It’s 2022 get your stuff fixed.

Shelves always unorganized. Unpacked merchandise sits everywhere and blocks the aisles and blocks customers from what they need.

They have a good selection of items, and most of the time have the shelves stocked pretty good. Staff is always friendly when we come in.
