Dollar General offers a large, clean store with great lighting and more registers, making shopping more convenient. The store has a good food selection in the market section. Customers appreciate friendly cashiers who genuinely engage with shoppers, enhancing the experience. However, many refrigerator cases are broken, limiting options, and produce can spoil quickly if not used soon. Prices are better than some competitors, but overall, the store needs better maintenance, as the parking lot and inside areas could use cleaning. Despite these issues, the staff's friendliness and a positive shopping environment stand out, making it a pleasant place to visit.
Employees are always friendly and professional. Management's attitudes however leave a bit to be desired. Shelves are often empty. App says they offer delivery but I've had to cancel more than one order because they weren't even being fulfilled well past estimated delivery time. They never answer their phone either.

Never in my life have I ever seen customer service like I have today from a cashier. He made it a point to start a conversation with everyone who came to checkout not because he had to but because he genuinely wanted to. The cashiers name was Bishop!

Most of the refrigerator cases are broken so there are limited options. The produce is good if you plan to use it within a couple days, but it spoils fast. Prices are better than Piggly Wiggly, but that's not saying much.
