I use Vickie for years . I hate the AI help because they r no help. I wish you could get a human. Didn't get confirmation number after message for onenota,or ashville they just hung up. I hope Vickie will call me. She's great and wonderful person. Done my taxes for years. Followed her every where.

Lindsay and Celia were very friendly and took their time to make sure the filing was correct and error free. We told them it would be complicated this time and they were very professional about it.
