Rude, they deliver what packages they want and make you come get ones they don't want... even if you have a box big enough for it.... they always mark my packages held at office on my terms but I never want my stuff there I want it at my house. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn't shop online to have it delivered to my house. Their hours are wack!!!!

It is official, the Postal Service could care less about anything. My package came in with a hole in it and items missing from it. I have been calling them for a few days without success. These people are only in for themselves. They allow their people to steal from them people.

I know there are many complaints about this post office. However, there are so many packages to be delivered from Amazon that the Mail people cannot do it all in one day. But I will say, the ladies inside the post office have gone above and beyond to help me get my packages! 💗

You should handle this driver who cuts people off and goes speeds of 85-90 mph. I tired to file a complaint but I’m jumping through hoops.

Worst USPS in northern AL. I have heard from multiple residents about how difficult it is to get packages delivered. We had to pave our drive way, then packages were too heavy, then after 2 years of doing whatever this mail carrier dictated we do she said she delivering due to it being dangerous pulling out. We go 15 minutes out of or way daily to avoid and have a mail box at another location. We are able to claim mileage and the other USPS we work with loves the business we bring them and are constantly helping me grow with my business needs. Any time there is an issue it seems that these ladies tend to look at you as if its your fault and complain about everything. Do yourself a favor and avoid it even if you have to do more driving EXPECIALLY if you are shipping and receiving a lot of packages. Most post offices want to grow and track packages in and out. Simply put they only care about how easy it is to get through their day. We are less than 2 minutes from the court house in city limits, so good luck if your more rural.

I’m so tired of my packages not being delivered. And the carrier says it’s because of dogs and marks things undeliverable. We have left instructions with her face to face on where to put the packages and stated the area she could place it without interference from the dogs. Yet more times than not, we don’t get them. If you’re not doing your job, what happened to being fired?!

I had a package coming in and I thought it was going to my granddaughter in Ragland, however the address had her street and my hometown I called and talked to someone name Tish or Trish she pulled it and waited till someone came and picked it up. I was so deeply grateful for this it was for granddaughters school project. Again thank you so much!!!

Your mail person didn’t deliver my package says that nobody was home when in fact we was home ….why didn’t they attempt to come knock on the door or ring my doorbell? I have all on camera. My house is full of cameras so I’m very upset. Unacceptable behavior from a postal employee

It should be considered a conflict of interest when you run a route you live on. Especially when your post master knows you do NOT get along with your neighbors and like to stick your nose is business that has absolutely nothing to do with you.My 4yo can mind her own business better than these folks can.

Inside staff and carriers are always nice. Regarding mistakes, no one is perfect and everyone has a bad day from time to time. Be nice to all your delivery drivers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) bc they deserve kindness for the job they do.

I am an eBay seller and I sent a package to a customer in Ashville, AL through Priority Express. The package was supposed to arrive in 2 days, however, it took 27 days to deliver. The postman at this location played with the system by marking the package "NO SECURE LOCATION AVAILABLE" on the second day and didn't even try to redeliver the package. I ended up to refund my customer and lost about $100 on this shipping. The postman responsible for delivering this package should be fired to prevent causing further shipping failures. Here is the tracking number as proof: 9470108205497762481774 Another priority mail I sent to the address took more than 20 days to arrive in December. Both packages caused me a total loss of $140. The postal service at this location deserves a negative 5 review! Update: I tried to claim a refund on Priority Express mail from USPS and the system denied. USPS is a joke!

Had 2 packages in my mail box yesterday with the flag up for pickup. Carrier in a black newer Nissan or Toyota van dropped the flag, squished the incoming mail in the box with the outgoing to be picked up & never got outgoing out of the box. Not sure the problem, but y'all need to get it together. I had to make a special trip to the PO.
