I was helped my miss Leslie and she was amazing she helped me and my dad out with a washer and dryer and a sofa and recliner to help decorate the new home I felt warm and I got exactly what I was looking for I highly recommend this store I wish I could give 10 stars

They refused to deliver my merchandise. The delivery person kept saying he didn't want to get hurt. He said to cancel my order. Now I can't get anyone on the phone to cancel it. Now I'm forced to dispute the charge, file a report with the BBB, SBA, and since its an online order, the FBI. What a hassle!! Mike is the GM they say. He answered the phone claiming to be "Larry". He said let me get you the department that does the canceling. It was Alex claiming he "cant" only the GM and he's out sick! I call everyday. He's out sick

My complaint is the delivery driver, Brian. After he delivered our ice box, he sent us his personal #. A few txts went back and forth, mainly checking on his parents that we said we'd pray for.Then my wife gets txt from him late at night, saying how good looking she is and that he is wanting to come by to sip on some vodka.Is this acceptable for this business?!We have been great customers for 15+ yrs. As of now, I'm considering returning the ice box and walking away.

This place is a rip off. They sale you merchandise and tell you that they are willing to work with you but in fact you need to read the fine print. If you don’t pay in 90 days you will pay for 24 months which is twice the amount of the merchandise. If you are late not even a day they are calling harassing you. Coming to your house more than once a day leaving doortags. The manager Mike told me I was getting on his nerves after I had been a customer with them for over two years. I called to report the store to higher ups and no one even had the decency to call back and apologize. I will never ever do business with them or any other stores they have. They are a bunch of rip offs. If you can hold out do so!!! I pray your guys read reviews and take what I am saying seriously because it’s been the worst 28 months ever!!!

I went in and leased a used washing machine and have been paying on it for 4 months, but it went passed the 120 cash price date by 5 days and now they've added 48% interest to my account and are saying I owe $523 more dollars that I've been paying on 4 months and was priced at $600 used and i've been paying what they told me to pay for me to pay it off in 120 days!

I've been using Arron's all over Oklahoma and this store in Decatur, Al by far is the BEST!!Mike, the Manager and the guys that delivered our icebox are incredibly customer oriented, friendly and go above and beyond.Mike, Brain and didn't catch the other guys name, but this store is blessed to have these guys there.

The ladies name I talked to today has left my mind, reason being when I called I had worries on my mind that I wish nobody has to have. I am not the perfect customer and I can't say I have never been late but today I needed help with my payment and she helped me and talked to me about what is going on in my life with understanding and respect, which by the way they have always been so kind. I recommend Aaron to anyone. She made it so I could breath a little bit better and be there for someone special to me. Thank you so much. I will never forget.
