I dropped tax papers off early Spring and was called back in July that they were ready. It took over 2 months and was told they had several clients and short staff. I called several times during that time and could not get anyone to respond. Then had called a few times to go get the papers which always either no answer, would be closed at certain times or I could not get off work myself. Finally made time to get the tax papers and asked for the 2nd time to also have it emailed so I could have an electronic copy. I would not use this company again.

I called on a Friday and made an appointment with Tracy the following Monday at 10:00 AM. No one called, so I called back later that Monday and they said they had no record of me calling or any appointment. Stated I'd need an appointment 8 days later. Never had an apology and the receptionist had a sarcastic tone. So far, this tax office is not organized (nor too customer service friendly).
