“I had some work done to my 2004 f450 bucket truck and the shop that was working on it had to cut off the catalytic converter off and they couldn't put it back on. I call these guys to see if they could make it work. They had me come in to look at it and within 5 to 10 minutes they were working on it. The entire visit probably took 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the work wasn't bad at all. My truck literally sounds like new. It's weird because the entire time I've owned the trucks it's been a little loud. Now I can't tell that it's running when I'm at a stoplight.”

“It was easy enough, I needed a radiator hose I went in and the young man behind the counter took my information, got my hose, and told me what tools I would need, with a brief explanation of what I needed to do. So, I got those too. The young man was very friendly, I only wish I could remember his name!”
“I went in late in the evening when sometimes employees can be hurried but not this young man. Alex was fast, polite, friendly and efficient. He came outside and checked that I was getting the correct taillight and had it changed (along with 2 new wiper blades) in a flash!!! Thanks for making that soooooo smooth and easy Alex! You are appreciated!”

“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”
“Unexpectedly needed a new battery first thing 7:30a. Called store to make sure a battery was available, gentleman confirmed. Went to store, purchased, gentleman installed quickly and I was on my way- less than 30 min. Top notch!”
“I came in about 10 minutes before closing, but didn’t know they were closing and thought I had another hour at least. I had a hole in my tire and didn’t have anywhere else to go since everywhere else was closed, but the auto service employees were more than willing to help me even though they were getting ready to go home. They found the hole in less than a minute and fixed it within 15 minutes, and it was about $15 to patch which was great. I really appreciated it because they definitely did not have to take my car in since they were all set to get off work, but they still fixed it and saved me a lot of stress.”
