“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”

“Got synthetic oil change and 4 new tires. This was on a Saturday morning and they are usually busy. They said it would be 3 to 4 hours and it took around 3 hours. They seem to be under staffed but all these places seem to be. But they done a good job with what I needed.”

She asked for specific information and promised to straighten a particular product and ensure they would be in stock on an item. She also told me to call and ask for her if a particular area in the store needed attention in the future. She ensured me they would get the area in neat and orderly condition before I left the store. I was very impressed with how thankful she was for my business.”
