“Messaged after hours on a Friday evening to get some exhaust work done on my 2018 silverado. Saturday morning 8:30am I was leaving their shop with the exhaust work complete. Charged me less than I would've spent doing it myself. Turned out exactly like what I wanted. Everyone was nice and professional. The service couldn't have been better. Appreciate you guys.”

“Awesome old school parts house. It’s nostalgic in that they have ALL the parts I needed and they retain NO CHILDREN behind the counter asking stupid questions! They stock what you NEED and no AIR FRESHENERS. The first thing I noticed was BAR STOOLS at the counter on my side, EXPERIENCE on the other side! We are new to Alabama and they will REMAIN my parts house. There’s a MACHINE shop at the back of the building specializing in PERFORMANCE work as well.”

“Our truck broke down while passing through town. Packs Automotive stayed late for us to get towed in - then stayed even later to fix it so we could get on the road again. Fast, fair and above and beyond great customer service. Highly recommend.”

“This store seems to change workers a lot there's a high turnover I don't think they compensate or appreciate their workers and so the good workers that they have don't stay and they constantly have turnover”
“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”

“I’ve used Advanced Auto Parts- Athens many times now. I just want to give credit where credit is due. The associates there are always super nice and helpful. I pulled in today for new battery, Deshaun had the battery checked (it was bad), taken out, and replaced in probably less than 10 minutes. We will continue to do business with them.”
“I came in about 10 minutes before closing, but didn’t know they were closing and thought I had another hour at least. I had a hole in my tire and didn’t have anywhere else to go since everywhere else was closed, but the auto service employees were more than willing to help me even though they were getting ready to go home. They found the hole in less than a minute and fixed it within 15 minutes, and it was about $15 to patch which was great. I really appreciated it because they definitely did not have to take my car in since they were all set to get off work, but they still fixed it and saved me a lot of stress.”
