“Phenomenal!! I went to get my tires rotated, and they were already had a car up in the air working on it. Said the wait time would be at least a hour or hour and a half, depending on if the lady before me decided what she wanted and was no where to be seen.
One of the guys said he would do it around back, got jacks, and rotated my tires in 20-30 minutes.
A few days later, I went back because the passenger side door wouldn’t close all the way. There was a simple easy fix and with a minute, they had me on my way.
They are so kind and professional. Very fast. I highly recommend them and will be taking my vehicle back to them.”
“The first time I went in for service, I was skeptical being new to the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the overall quality of service. After having my Charger repaired, I had to return it because the problem was miss diagnosed. Upon returning, I was expecting some kick back. It never came. David, the owner, fixed the problem immediately and returned to me the difference in price without an argument and didn’t charge me for the labor spent on the repair. “I was traveling from Central Alabama to northern Ohio to have a celebration of life for my brother. I had a blowout 4 miles from the store. Put the spare tire on showed up at the store. Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire. “100% honest. I had a problem with my manual transmission so I took my car to Hill's for the repair. Transmissions can cost a lot of money to fix and if they had charged me $500 I would have paid it and thought I got off cheap. However, when I went to pick the car up they laughed and said a walnut had gotten stuck in the shift. They said it took a couple of minutes to find the problem so they didn't even charge me. I will continue to bring my cars to Hill's for repairs and will know that the car is in competent and honest hands.”

“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”
