“I went in for an oil change, and my technician, AJ, was very thorough in inspecting my vehicle. After performing the necessary tests, he discovered that a belt needed to be replaced. As he investigated the issue further, he determined that the worn belt was causing several of the problems I had been experiencing with my car.
I initially thought the issues were simply due to the extreme heat and mileage, but AJ explained that if the belt had not been replaced, it could have eventually damaged my compressor. I am very grateful for his attention to detail and professionalism. AJ did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate his thoroughness and expertise”
“I had a really good experience here on hwy 72. Got my oil change here. Ryan is excellent at his job he made sure to check everything including all my filters on my suv. He made sure I knew what I needed for my suv right then or if I could get it later. I like that he take his time and check everything and not just do it only if u ask him to. Active military here. My transmission went out on my F-150 right before our move from Huntsville to Pittsburgh, and I was quoted by other places upwards of $11,000 (11 thousand) to fix/replace. Al and his family (son Joe and wife) did everything they could to find a transmission for me when none were available locally. Not only did they find one, they found a new transmission for me for the price of a refurnished one, and had it replaced within a week to get me on the road. It made the trip with no issues and still going strong, and they even checked the fluid levels for free before we got on the road. I can’t say enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with them. Thank y’all so much. You really made a difference in the life of me and my family. So happy to see places like this still exist where you really care about the lives of your customers. “Can't really beat the prices or service. Went there for 2 used tires. He had them swapped and changed within 20 minutes and it only cost 80 dollars. Amazing in this day and age price. I went to another place just 6 months ago for 2 other tires and it cost 150 dollars and took an hour.”
“Good honest work at a fair price. They had my car ready before the quoted time that they gave me. The lady in the office was pleasant. The only issue I had was they called me 45 minutes before they closed to come pick up my car. I had to arrange for a ride, and they were not going to give me a few minutes past closing time for me to make it up there. I was still very satisfied with the job they did and I will take my car back there in the future.”

“On the road from Huntsville airport to Florence Al, we pulled into Timmons to have a tire checked, the gentlemen was very accommodating and pleasant. While we waited, there was a cotton field bordering the station, it was magnificent, the rolling waves of white. Coming from the north, this would be the first time I would see Cotton in its natural state, at the source. I thought of the journey from the plant to my to the cloths I was wearing. Tinnons gets a five star for being professional and courteous, and it's proximity to a first in a lifetime experience. Thank you.”
