I came in to the store at this morning at around 8:15 was told my parts would arrive at 12. Came back at 12 no parts.was told the truck didn't run until 1 came back at 2:30 guess what no parts.I was ask to pay for the parts then so I did was told they would be here at 5 came back at 5 guess what still no part, I was told then that they only get one truck on Sundays at 12.That the part would be here at 7 am but call to make sure. I have spent my day waiting and driving back a fourth for break shoes. I NOW HAVE MADE 4 TRIPS AND NO BREAKS .I have spent more IN gas than the breaks cost. I do alot of business with autozone I'm here at least 3 times a week.I have never had this much trouble with them before.I still have to make another trip back to get the breaks.This is why so many people order online from other places for part.

I went in late in the evening when sometimes employees can be hurried but not this young man. Alex was fast, polite, friendly and efficient. He came outside and checked that I was getting the correct taillight and had it changed (along with 2 new wiper blades) in a flash!!! Thanks for making that soooooo smooth and easy Alex! You are appreciated!

Just had the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THE ATHENS AUTOZONE! Got totally disrespected at this store for no reason. Went in to buy a battery for my Yukon and was told I had warranty on the battery. The young man that was helping me name was Juan and the closing manager name was Ashley lindgren. Juan called Ashley to the front and she was in the middle of call and she came out and she looked at the screen and said me being the closing manager I said give him a battery because it’s saying it’s under warranty. Juan said well maybe we need to call will. Ashley had an ill look on her face said just give him the battery. Well Juan did something after Ashley walked away and said oh you don’t have warranty. I said you need to call Ashley back out here because she said I had warranty and you saying I don’t. Well Ashley came back out and said well I’m sorry but you don’t have warranty and I’m sorry but he did something wrong and you don’t have it. Well I told him that he need to call will because how did I go from having warranty to not having warranty. Well Ashley came out the back and started yelling at me and said I was being ugly to him and I said no ma’am I’m not I’m asking questions because I need to know why everything changed. Ashley told me that I can either buy a battery or I can leave. In a very loud voice. I said Ashley calm down it’s not that serious and that I came in with the intention to buy a battery but I had a right to ask questions. She told me no I don’t and that I can either buy a battery or I can leave as she was beating on the counter top. She said she had been having a bad day and she didn’t have time for me. So buy a battery or leave. So I asked Juan to please show me your battery and I walked over to the battery and he was showing me batteries Ashley yelled for him again. At this point I was totally embarrassed and did not want to buy anything. Ashley Linndgren do not deserve to be a manager. She has very bad customer service skills and only will leave a stain on autozone. I have bought many batteries and parts for various vehicles over the years from there and never have I ever been treated like this. I’m a manager also I know how customers should be treated and definitely not like that.

I just want to say Auto Zone is the best I went 2 other parts stores get a battery installed they wouldn’t do it said took 45 minutes to put in Chevy Malibu. Oh well Auto Zone did not have a problem with it. Doug is a very great employee he went above and beyond to help me out. He said he liked his job and to help people and you could tell it. Need anything this is place to go!!! Thx again Doug.

Probably the worst customer experience I've ever had. None of the staff seem to care and I got wrung up while the cashier was on the phone, on speaker.I remember a time where places like this would actively offer to help with small jobs like replacing lights and changing batteries but I suppose they are too busy on the phone. Won't be coming back.

Went in to get a replacement gas cap. Mr. Will was very helpful and nice....he found the product and had it replaced in well under 5 minutes. Great customer service!

First AutoZone Ive seen with mostly women which was nice but.. they were barely helpful and were playing around and dancing on each other. Very unprofessional.Didn't seem to know what they were doing or talking about when you ask then a question.I wouldn't go to this location again.
