I opened a checking account there and the staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Had a large check from a different bank(Bryant). Bryant would not cash their own check. Went to.my bank and the went through the process to approve it without a hold on the check. They called Bryant and they would not verify funds. The manager at BI approved the deposit of the check for immediate use.
