This was the best experience I’ve had with a tow truck service. Normally you call and it takes 45 mins to an hour felon them to get to you. BTate was there within 20 min. Would definitely use them again

I would recommend BTates to anyone needing a tow. They met us there quickly for about half the price of other places here in athens. Very friendly, great work, fast service!

Called at about 1:00 AM and they were there, out in the county, within 30 minutes. The gentleman that was on call tonight (11 Jun) was careful, and VERY thorough-double checked chains and looked for power lines before lifting and lowering my son's truck. He looked the area over where we had it taken to be sure there was culvert clearance, nothing on the ground, space to get to shop door and it was a tight squeeze. He put it on the dot. It could not have gone any better. I am impressed with the young man that helped us, very courteous and respectful (in the middle of the night too) I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys.

After talking to a very nice and professional lady I pulled into the shop with DEF related issues on a cummins isx, very very mean technician who only did the bare minimum of a forced regen to get a chance to rip me off.Didn't bother to check the cause of the problem.If you have an option look for another mechanic shop.

Barry was outstanding! My car was towed after having a flat tire. He was fair with his pricing and really made me feel better during a hard situation. The smallest acts of kindness can make a world of difference for someone. I hope he knows that he is truly a rare light in this seemingly dark time. We need more people like him. He treats his customers like people not just another dollar sign. I will always recommend his company and will use them for any future services I might need.

Had a shed on wheels that got hit by a tree and bent the frame to the point that it could not be towed via a bumper hitch. Tried calling another wrecker service and they wouldn't even try. BTate's asked for photos and measurements, came over with a rollback, and was able to get the trailer onto the truck, move it across the county, and drop it where it needed to be at a good price. Highly recommended!
