We were broke down in our race rig on the side of the interstate (on a Sunday) and Devin went above and beyond helping us ! He was quick to arrive and was quick to help my husband replace the brake quick release valve! They are very thorough and efficient! We highly recommend their company! He saved us big time! I have unfortunately used this company 2 times in a month and a half while visiting Athens Alabama. (only unfortunately because who wants to tow a vehicle) both times we received the best service. They were there in no time. Very friendly and made us feel super comfortable, putting us in the truck immediately to cool down both times. I can’t remember the drivers name from the 1st time but yesterday was a super polite, friendly and kind man named Cedric! He sure made the ride to the shop very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved his stories, and whether he loved ours or not he listened and laughed with us! If we ever need a tow in Alabama again we would not hesitate who to call. Although I sure hope we don’t have to! Thank you BTS crew for being the best!!!

Someone recommended me to these guys for an AC service which I thought was odd being it’s a towing company lol well here I am…. I had a compressor go bad, didn’t wanna pay someone an arm & a leg to change it, nobody else would fill or service the new compressor being I did the labor myself. These guys got me in & out immediately, ac blows cold (48 degrees) the price was extremely fair. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend, an will be back. It’s hard to find common sense in North Alabama & these guys are above & beyond.

We were on our way to work, and I think we ran over something. The tire went immediately flat. No shoulder to the road, so we pulled onto another less busy road. We just called in a blow out.
Brady came to save the day in about 20 minutes. That's how long we were told it'd
take, and he arrived promptly. He assessed the situation, and felt the tire. I guess the rim had ran over the tire, slicing it. He tried to inflate it on site, and get us on our way. Unfortunately, it was done for.
Brady let us ride in his tow truck to the repair shop, and dropped us at home. He's such a very nice, and funny fella! The price point was very fair too. He definitely left an impression, and we live local, so I know who I'll call if I ever find myself in need again.
I wasn't on time to work, and getting into any road trouble stinks, but it was about the most pleasant stinky situation I could have had. Thank you!

They were the cheapest rate I had after calling around. I only needed a tow for 9 miles and they were there in less than 10 minutes. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and kind and professional and our towman Cederick was very nice and professional and careful. If I ever needed another tow, or knew any one who did I'd recommend only BTs. Thank you It's! 5 stars

Just had to be towed to the International dealer. They were prompt and professional. And my driver, Richard was funny and put me at ease while we were on the side of the road, and on the drive to the dealer.

These guys (William Green specifically) saved me from my horrible bad luck recently. My back passenger tire, which was only put on the car two days prior, blew out when I was an hour from home and an hour from my travel destination.Unfortunately, we had to tow it, but I was just thankful they were available on a Sunday and had a used tire for my car!! Thank you so much! You were so nice and accommodating!
