I went to this establishment to get my tires swapped out. When I came back in for a tire rotation, they notified that a lug was striped. Before giving me a decision on what to do they cut off the 3 of the bolts.
The older person working was threatening I would have to pay over a thousand to have this fixed. I argued that I never approved of any of this especially having the bolt cut. I still had to pay $500.00 just for parts and to get my vehicle back.
I should have reported this to the BBB.

Just had a great experience with Clem Tire in Athens. Was referred to them for a new set of tires and they did great doing install and were very timely and responded quickly with my online quote and questions about the tires I was wanting to order. Shop local. Will be back again.

The garage staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to quickly diagnose my car when it broke down. They truly went above and beyond—not only did they provide prompt assistance, but they also offered me a ride to the rental car company, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and I highly recommend them!

Did not fix my car. Did not get to my car the day they said they would. Apparently they have a bad habit of prioritizing people the family knows personally.

We had issues with our truck while pulling our travel trailer 2 hours from home 4 hours from where we were headed. We had to unhook our camper and leave it at Bucees in Athens and tried to get back 4 miles to get it fixed. Just back on to 65 and truck started over heating. E pulled over immediately. Call them back and they got a tow truck to us withing 15 minutes. Which was amazing. Sitting on the side of the interstate is not fun. They took very good care of us had our truck in the shop and fixed with a couple of hours. I can't say ebook good about everyone there. They were so kind. Thank you so very much for being a trust worthy shop.

Bad customer service. I ultimately decided not to use them due to the racist comments that I over heard while walking to the door i immediately turned around walked away. The guy with the Grey beard and glasses was the person I heard. Very unprofessional.
