Corkshire Butcher Company is an excellent, clean, and nice butcher shop with an amazing selection. They offer a great selection of fresh cut meats and seafood, including porterhouse steaks, prime rib, ribeyes, filets, and burnt end sausage. The cuts of meat are incredible, high-quality, and fresh. The meat is tender, remarkable, and melts in your mouth with perfect flavor. The prices are really good. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and nice. They are highly recommended for their butcher shop, restaurant, and pub. Customers will continue to buy from them and be back again.
We purchased 2 porterhouse steaks, had them for Valentine’s Day dinner. The meat was tender and melted in your mouth. You can tell it is quality meat. The flavor was perfect! They have a great selection. We will continue to buy from them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We recently bought a 4 pound prime rib for me and my husband for Christmas and it was absolutely the best prime rib we have our bought before it came out so good too.. will be buying all of our prime rib from there... Can't wait to try their ribeye steaks & more
