Ha if I can give it 0 stars I would. EVERYTIME I come here feel uncomfortable there’s ALWAYS an employee or the owner watching me dig in the bins lol ?& there’s always that one employee that digs in the bins to act like they’re a “customer” & come watch u lol . OWNER AND EMPLOYEES RUDE ASFF everytime I come in the owner has such a attitude & they all have the most nastiest attitudes ? . idk they must think they are a gucci store some?with this cheap ,used items lol . they dig in the bins to find expensive items and put it on sell for higher . They missed an expensive item I found and she asked me did I find it in the bin and I said yes and she still added more money for me to pay . I have never been to a bin store like that . tbh I hope one day this store gets shut down they repeat the same bins! Overall not an place to feel comfortable shopping at . I stopped coming here cause they make me feel too uncomfortable to shop . U can’t shop without an employee on my side watching me dig into the bins lol.

They sell BROKEN and USED products here. Then tell you that YOU are responsible for testing them. I don't know what kind of place sells broken products but I will never shop here again. Waste of money.

This place will double tax you. Watch your receipt charges. I bought a $10 bag, they rang up $10.40 and then taxed me on that extra 40 cents. I also bought a $40 item and as you can see they added some type of charge to that 40 dollars.

I used to love this place. Not after today. Today I visited the store and felt so utterly uncomfortable as the female employees followed me and my family every corner we turned. I realize I may not have been dolled up since I just got back last night from vacation and really didn’t feel like getting dressed up to go to a “box” store and they felt I fit “their” theft profile?
As a business owner myself I understand they may have a lot of theft but there has got to be another way to control it than making people feel so uncomfortable.

If you have kids, do not come to this place! Soon as I walked in the door, my daughter had picked up a box of toys and was looking at them, and I was the only one in the store that had kids with me and the guy that works there started screaming and yelling at me I need to get my kids And they needed to stop touching stuff! And we didn’t need to be opening boxes That’s the whole point of going to a bargain bins place is the open boxes so you can see what’s in them!!

Rudest owner I ever seen!!! He yelled about
my grandchildren about picking up a box of dog toys to show me. He said she dropped something and she didn’t drop anything. I will never go back again!! He missed out. I spend a lot of money in these places.

Great place prices are right the workers are very nice it's worth an hour drive from Cullman to Athens to go there. And it's one of the cleanest most organized bin stores I've been to

This is the coolest place! You never know what you'll find.
If you're New to the Dig store and need help with pricing, they will explain in great detail how everything is priced. They're all very helpful and I really enjoy going there. My whole family goes there to shop throughout the week. We just love it. They're super nice and it's kept very clean.
I don't think any of my family or friends has said anything about any rudeness up there. I feel like they may have their guard up because of shoplifting. That's pretty sad. The prices are extremely low. They're very fair up there. It's their business. It's how they make a living and it's a shame people come in and try to take from them.
We enjoy our weekly trips there and I hope that they will remain open for a very long time.
Checking out, It's nice. There's always someone there smiling.
