This store is overworked and are short staffed a lot of days. The workers remain professional and friendly. Julius is such a knowledgeable pharmacist and Jordon and Emma always help you find discounts, etc. Great team.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 6 years and the pharmacy staff are great. They do a great job filling my prescriptions and processing my transactions and answering my questions. My only wishes are that they were open later and that they had same day delivery options.As an FYI, I do use the Pharmacy Drive Through most of all and I use it mostly in the afternoon and evenings. Occasionally when I drop off a new Prescription, I have been asked to wait an hour or so. But my Prescription is always ready earlier than that.They do get busy between 4 and 6 pm, but so do just about all businesses, so that's to be expected.I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This place is horrible. I called to ask if they had a nebulizer and they said yes 2. I got there with the RX at 1:10. They close for lunch at 1:30. He ask if I was gonna come back later and get it and I said Can't I get it now? And he said well it will take a long time to put this in the system and we are about to close for lunch. 20 mins to go get the nebulizer.. which is in a box and enter the info in the computer? So anyway I left and said I would come back and then they sent a text saying they ordered it. ? This chilld can't breathe but they up here playing games

No help in the pharmacy center. I asked the worker if she knew of a good prenatal vitamin that didn’t contain soy. First she didn’t know what soy was and so she said “let me ask the pharmacist”. I heard the pharmacist say “Google it”. What pharmacist doesn’t know what vitamin doesn’t contain soy? 2nd what pharmacist says “google it”?The young girl showed me what came up and you guessed it, that vitamin contained soy when I looked at the bottle. What a waste of time and what a joke of a pharmacy and pharmacist! Don’t waste your time here if you need help.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, the pharmacist and workers are the absolute nicest people and made make my day every time. I highly recommend this location!

This was the worst experience regarding covid 19 tests. We are told it would be 1-2 days for results. We still have not got a result 5 days later. If we have to wait this long then what is the point. This was a completely useless thing to do. What does it matter now 5 days later?! Thanks for nothing

The answering machine is a nightmare. I have given up calling them to check if they have a product because the computer that answers prevents you from talking to an actual person.

It makes me so mad that my insurance requires us to use CVS. I have NEVER been talked to or treated as poorly as I was at the Athens CVS!! The pharmacy left out my husbands pain meds for chronic back issues. When I went inside to see about getting them I was told I had to wait at least an hour.. well ok I understand but I had called an hour before I came to insure everything would be ready. When I explained this to the pharmacist he actually deleted my husbands meds out of the system and told me he was not filling them and I could get in touch with my Dr to get a new prescription!!! This was a Sunday afternoon and the prescription was a controlled substance so it was DAYS before we could get a new subscription. I was in SHOCK!!!! And yes we filed a complaint and talked to corporate but he still works there!

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used. I will definitely not be giving them my business in the future! They regularly take 11/2 to 2 hours to fill the simplest prescription. When I asked if they could have it done in an hour aka before lunch she was rude and asked me if I wanted my prescription back. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this place!

I honestly hate that I have to even give 1 star. I came here to pick up my daughters nausea medicine and I had her insurance card in hand yet the RUDE and TERRIBLE lady with black hair at the drive thru window told me that she needs me to show her a different card in order to cover the med under insurance so that if I wanted the meds it would cost $70. It’s not even that big of a deal to me but it’s the fact that someone has hired this girl to work the DRIVE THRU with some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen. Will no longer be using this pharmacy for my own medication nor my daughters. Terrible.

Terrible experience with corporate , operator came and could not hear her. She then hang up when I asked to be remove from their date base. I got a booster ...I think, they had no labels and the girl scribble something on my card. No telling what shot I got!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. I went in to get my husband's diabetic medication filler because he was COMPLETELY OUT. The pharmacist Julius Tate had the prescription for 3 hours. When I returned he advised me it would be the following day before we could pick up the prescription. He was rude, inconsiderate and even rolled his eyes at me when I reminded him that we were completely out of the medication. He advised me that he had been busy and did not have time to fill these NECESSARY PREDICTIONS!we will be changing pharmacist again, even if it's a higher price. At least the small town people care and are not rude!!!!
