Our family woke up the morning of 12/30/2025 to all toilets, bathtubs and showers backed up from our septic system. Gave Don and his company a call from a google search at 06:45 and Josh showed up at my residence about 7:15ish...Totally expecting just to drain a septic tank, he ran into a slew of issues which he step up to the plate to fix and make sure it was done right. Having to replace a burned out pump, rewiring a botched previous job which was unsafe for my family, and I'm sure there are a couple of other things I'm failing to mention. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They really took care of us, kind and descent, and extremely professional. You want a job done right, call this company. For Josh: you are one of the most professional and best guys I have ever had do any work for me in my lifetime and that is saying something. Wish you all the best to your company in future business endeavors.

When you have problems with your septic system call Don Thomas Construction. I called and spoke with him about the problem. He came gave me a quote and said he could do it for me. Him and his crew were done in one day start to finish.

Called Don 2nd; wish I'd called him FIRST. His competitor made promises, then excuses. I found DTC, called him at 0935 Thursday 18SEP24, and he arrived at 1000 same day. By 1130, Don was finished digging, pumping, and backfilling and on his way. His price was super, his work was FAST, and my house is back on-line. Don and his helper are both very friendly, fast, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about MY experience with Don Thomas Construction. I know who to call now.

Don is wonderful! He came out exactly when he said he would, and got the job done quickly and affordably, even though I had no idea where my septic tank was and he had to FIND it before pumping! Available 24/7 and very punctual. Not to mention very friendly. I definitely recommend.

Don is all about helping people out and is a real "people" person. He was very prompt to pump out our septic tank and did exactly as he said he would. He was very open about sharing his knowledge and explaining things and on top of that he's a very friendly guy. I will use him again and highly recommend him

You could not ask for a better or more professional service than DTC. My septic was full so I had to call on a weekend. Within an hour Don and his crew were at my house. The price was great and Don communicated with me every step of the way. His communication was precise, he was on time, did what he said he would do and charged what he said it would cost (which by the way was extremely reasonable).
I would highly recommend DTC to anyone needing their septic system serviced!

Don was referred to me by my co-worker. I called him early in the morning about our septic tank and he was at my house and fixed the problem that very afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, very polite, and very honest. Did not try to charge me for things that were not needed. He even called a few days later to check that everything was running right. His price was also very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I had called. Saved our July 4th celebration! THANKS DON!!!

Don Thomas did an incredible job with our septic system. Other companies could not locate the septic tank on multiple attempts. I called Don on Friday afternoon and he and his crew were at my house the next morning. The two of them quickly located the tank, professionally serviced it and left the area clean. The entire time he was upfront about pricing. I'll reccomend them any time someone needs similar services.

Don Thomas and his team did an excellent job from the initial meeting to completion on our septic install. He was true to his word, responded promptly if not immediately any time I reached out and answered any questions I had.
