“This gym may not have a pool like sportfit does, but for the same price the equipment is in good condition, the bathrooms are very nice being 4 individual private rooms each with their own shower with more bathrooms without showers, and the group fitness room is a great place to work out in private. I have been to Workout anytime, Lion's den, and sportsfit and I would rank this one the best, then workout anytime, then sportsfit, then lion's den”

More than welcoming and helpful and above all that, our members are supportive of all and highly encouraging of all members, both new and established. The expansion of the back room has been awesome and opened up a whole mess of fitness opportunities! Clean, respectful gym full of hard working, hard training neighbors with all the equipment you need, from cardio to power racks, cable machines to functional training. We got it all, y'all.”

“I've been using this gym for over a year now. I love it. The staff is always very nice and courteous. Plenty of machines and weights to go around for everyone. Some of the equipment is a little on the older side but overall they still get the job done. If you like to swim they have an indoor pool. Plus they even have a sauna in the locker rooms.”
