Tells you to evacuate the premises when you have a leak and says a technician is on the way. No one shows up, day 2 same thing says they’re on the way and nothing. Day 3 same story says someone’s coming and they don’t. What I’m I supposed to do? sleep outside? Call the local office that forwards you to a 30 mins wait in some out of the country call center. They are nice but not helpful. Won’t give you a local number to call, won’t give you a manger to talk to. Best part, I have a scheduled appointment, take off work sit and stare at my driveway all day when all of a sudden I get a text saying appointment completed and absolutely no one came. So again I call, wait 30 mins a listen to them lie and say they called me I didn’t answer and they marked complete…. WHAT. Bad ethics, lies and no appreciation for their customers time and safety. How are they in business!?

I have called 5 plus times regarding a service call that was scheduled last week for today!! No one called or bothered to show up!!! I've called back again numerous times today, first time was assured someone was coming this afternoon nope...Called again a few minutes ago, no one is coming tonight. I was assured someone would be in touch with me tomorrow.If I don't get a call tomorrow I'll be taking further action and contacting the better Business bureau.This is horrible customer service!!

Have been trying for 2 weeks to get them out to refill our tank. 1st our tank wasn’t level, and driver refused to fill(note that it was set up by them a decade ago and has been fill numerous times exactly as it sat). Then, once leveled, they were a no show no fill because our valves were in poor condition. Well why was this not communicated? Now they won’t come out to do either, on our rental tank. Customer service reps say they keep putting in emergency service/emergency refill orders, yet we are still without propane. Very poor service from local office. I’m sure their tanks were all full for Christmas. No need to worry about their customers. Advice to anyone seeking propane.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

THIS COMPANY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFFOrdered a 100lb tank of gas to be delivered 8 weeks ago told me it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery kept calling them back to get updates on when they don't show up they kept telling me that there was no delivery scheduled Ordered was canceled even got told by one employeein their delivery department that he could see where it was going to be delivered that day never showed. Finally spoke with someone in their billing office she told me that she could see where it had been scheduled 5 times and canceled by their delivery department for invalid reasons. So she scheduled it for an expedite delivery and I should have it within 48 to 72 hours and if not to call back and ask to speak with a manager in the delivery department. So when it didn't arrives and when I tried Anna refused to connect me to a manager that she could help me. So explain what had happened she looked it up and said that my order had been canceled. Told her I didn't cancel it she asked me when I wanted it delivered. So I told her that I was about out of gas so I needed it the next day. She replied ok that will be another $300 for it to be delivered. My response to her why would I pay you another $300 to deliver what you have delivered 8 weeks ago just give me a refund. Her response I can't do that. Okay connect me to billing. Her I don't have have that number. So looks like I'll be contacting bank to file fraudulent charge on them

On the way to work this morning around 6:45, in the right lane on Hwy 72 heading East with a commercial John Deere mower in tow. A Heritage Propane truck pulls into the left lane (I was thinking "Wow, a nice guy that didn't pull out in front of me") then as I'm approaching him, he just decides to get over into the right lane and I literally put my brake pedal to the floor. Luckily, there was no one in the left lane, I swerved into the left lane just in time not to rear end this giant propane truck. Once I reach the driver side door, the individual is laughing at me. Once the office opens, I will be calling and reporting this individual. This "laughing" matter almost cost me both my truck and my mower this morning. Totally unacceptable.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Four trips to the house and you still couldn't fix a simple set of natural gas logs. Not only was your employees completely rude (except for Dwayne he was such a nice person), you rigged up propane logs (which still didn't work right) to a natural gas line and expected me not to notice. I can only hope someone reads this review and chooses to go elsewhere for business because your employees don't value the customer. What a terrible terrible experience.

$39.99 to recertify a tank and $3.99 per gallon to fill! Competition charges much less for recertification and only about 1/2 as much for gas. At least Jessie James carried a gun when he robbed people! (Prices As quoted by a rep over the phone)
