Called around noon and was able to be seen at 3:15. The office staff is so nice & friendly. Both ladies that I spoke with were super sweet, understood my concerns, and were so genuine. Dr. Acosta was great! He was very thorough, personable, and my baby loved him!! She even WILLINGLY let him clean her teeth—if you know her, that’s huge! She was so comfortable with the staff. They all were helpful, kind, and friendly. You could tell that they enjoy all of their patients. They are also the most reasonably priced vet in Limestone County as well. So glad we’ve finally found OUR vet!! ?

Dr. Acosta and Dr. O'Connor take such good care of my fur babies. I love how soon they're able to book my dogs for surgery. My experience with the staff and both doctors are nothing but positive experiences. Thank you for all you do.

Very rude front desk lady. Called to schedule an appointment and was trying to give background on my situation. She completely disregarded what I had to say and responded with “I need a name” once I gave her my first name she said “I can’t look you up with a first name” so then I responded with “I’m sorry you just asked for a name so I gave you one” I preceded to tell her my last name and she talked over me and said she needed my full name and dogs name. It’s very discouraging and makes me second guess this vet. If you are looking for great communication and customer service this might not be the place.
