Supposed to be open 24/7 but they was closed with the employee standing behind the counter with the door locked ignoring 6 people knocking on the door I will never come to the location this early ever again

Went into mapco this morning to make a purchase when I walked in the cashier had her back to the customer side of the counter I asked for cigarettes and her response was nope don't have that kind and never turned and looked at me gas pumps are also broken !!! They either need to close or give their employees a class in how to treat the customers I completely understand that people have bad days and get overwhelmed sometimes but don't take it out in the customers!! Let's do better mapco !!!

This is the busiest mapco! But let me tell you, the customers are always kind and patient. Today, there was a little old lady who probably had no business driving. She was as slow as molasses in the winter time. Other customers went over and above to help and accommodate her.
Helping her up the curb to the store, holding her door, helping her off the curb, pumping her gas, putting her walker away.
Everybody was smiling, chatting, telling stories, and this little lady went home feeling like a Queen.
This Mapco and it's customers never fails to surprise me. Keep it up!!
Oh and if you don't use the mapco app, you're missing out. I got 23 cents off per gallon today ?

This store has been here as long as I can remember. It is the one store I stop at for my gas. Good to see that it is still in business. The people that work there are really nice.

Worst Mapco I’ve ever been too, I understand my being young, I’ll be asked to show my card. They asked to scan my I.D., which I don’t agree with, but I let them do it anyways. When I said it was pointless to do so, they refused my money and told me to leave.

I stopped to get gas and cigarettes the other night and the gas pump didn't auto stop when my tank got full costed 97.22 for 7 gallons of gas and they wouldn't reimburse my money now I can't pay my bills I am truly upset
