I had a great experience with McClary Ford. I called about buying a new Maverick truck and they made the process seamless. Their finance guy, Austin, is a real straight shooter. He also pointed me in the right direction for another company to put decals on my truck. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a dealership.

First I have to state that out of all the dealerships available to me I chose this one because the owner answers EVERY review, good or bad and it gets personal. I do have to say this place isn’t like any dealership service center I’ve been to.I’m a travel RN and I’ve had my old car and brand new truck serviced in a few different states and several different dealerships. Typically I get flack for being a lady in a truck, treated as if I don’t know why I came or what my service policy covers, and if not that, then I’m usually sitting in a dealership waiting 2-5 hrs for my truck to have basic preventive maintenance done that I prescheduled. NONE, I repeat, NONE, of that in any way happened at McClary and I am amazed. I was in and out in 50 minutes with the oil changed and my 40,000 mile maintenance done.

I just want to thank the staff at McClary Ford for all their help today when our truck broke down on our way back home. Bo worked us in to do diagnostics even though we were just travelers off the interstate with no appointment. Donna was sympathetic to our situation and helped entertain our toddler and reminded me to grab the Halloween costume out of our truck before we left for the night so we would have it for trick or treat tomorrow. Mickey offered a car to get food and gave my husband a ride to pick up a rental car. Every one was just super friendly and helpful. If we had to get stranded, I am glad we were close to McClary Ford for help! Thank you!

Service department has a secret….they get things fixed on time as promised and proactively communicate with the customer during the repair process. What a concept on how to do business! Highly recommend!

I recently completed a purchase of a 2023 Ford Maverick from McClary that I custom ordered. When my original Sales Rep. retired General Manager, Mickey Smith stepped in to assist me. Even though Maverick Hybrid Vehicles were severely constrained due to supplier issues Mickey helped me to successfully navigate the process to get my vehicle. Also, Sales Rep., Donna Fargo, helped me get the Ford private offer that Ford offered as compensation for the production delay and she helped me complete the purchase. Donna was absolutely awesome to work with. Lastly, Austin Smith, Finance Manager, was great. He was trustworthy and did not pressure me to purchase anything I didn't want. Purchased a used vehicle from McClary Ford. The Dealership was responsive to all questions and pre-sale requests for additional information. Vehicle was priced competitively for the Buyer and to date the vehicle has been a quality vehicle with no mechanical or electronic issues. There was some issue with title and obtaining the second key unrelated to McClary Ford but the Dealership was consistent and supportive for well over month after the sale of the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle was properly titled and the second key was delivered. I would purchase future vehicles from McClary Ford and would recommend them others.

Horrible. Had an alignment done, advisor said truck still was pulling to the right. Ask for a recheck, told no. Asked why am I paying for a service that was not done properly. Ask for management, was told the same. No warranty on alignment, no discount. Paid 130.00 for a waste of time. They were more interested in the basketball game in the corner of the showroom set up as a make shift waiting area. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!

Had the check engine light come on while driving from Ohio to attend a funeral in alabama, called them on a Saturday morning and they looked at it right away, we left the f150 with them for the weekend they called Monday morning and it was done. It was so good of them to make our truck a priority for us being out of town great service

When I buy my next Ford it will NOT be from this dealer, Service Department very poor. Made appointment for Wednesday, arrived at 8, heard nothing all day so called at 4 and they said “we’re working on it and may not get it finished by closing but will call and let you know.” No call, no response. Waited all day Thursday, no call, no response. Drove by there that night and the car was parked where it was left on Wednesday morning. Called on Friday, no response. Went Friday at 4 to get my keys and take my car elsewhere. No apology, no response, car never apparently touched!! Three days and no explanation no action no response!! POOR!!

Thomas made my sales experience fun and easy. Bought a Shelby GT500 off the showroom floor and thanks to Thomas we worked a great deal. He took care of all normal life issues that just so happened to pop up. This place has some stand up guys and real pros. Would definitely buy from again. Thanks Thomas!

So we were passing through on a family vacation and a heater hose broke. Pulled in 5 minutes before service closed. They found the part and the only mechanic left on the clock pulled it in and fixed it for us. Thanks so much all for being so nice and accomodating.

I took my Ford mustang to get the transmission fluid topped off and the person at the Ford dealership quartered me a price for $75 now watch this from The first beginning they should not have put the transmission where you can't test it or see if it's low the position they have the transmission is on the bottom so you would have to Jack the car above your head to check it and I'm driving a 07 mustang GT so from the beginning they had already figured out that we could charge more when they bring their car back for transmission fluid I really don't like people trying to be slick with me so whatever it takes I'm going to have to get around this and find a solution
