I was traveling from Central Alabama to northern Ohio to have a celebration of life for my brother. I had a blowout 4 miles from the store. Put the spare tire on showed up at the store. Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire. Erupting to having a new tire installed back on the The interstate I live in dora, alabama.Athens is an hour and twenty minutes away from my primary residence, but I will travel.The hour and a half to buy my tires from them in the future thank you for the great customer service.You guys knocked it out of the park, continue.The good work and it's nice to meet good people in the world.Thank you again to the management team

My truck was shaking! Casey and his team diagnosed it as a tire problem that neither discount tire or the alignment place I took it to could figure out! It took a lot longer than he originally projected, so he made it right by not charging me! Blown away at the customer service!

Wonderful service! Took my Mom's car by when the tire pressure light came on. They were super busy but took her car back immediately. Brought it back about 10 minutes later and said it just needed air but if it happened again to bring it back and they would check further. When I went to the counter to pay the gentleman said there is no charge. I was shocked and asked if he was sure. He replied with a big smile and said air is free! I don't know of any other place that wouldn't have at least charged a service fee.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the folks that run it. We were traveling from Kentucky to Florida for vacation, when I got a flat tire at the KY/TN line. It was 5am, so my husband put on my spare and we drove until we found somewhere that was open. So thankful it was McClary tire! They didn’t have a new tire in the size we needed, but had a few used ones that would get us through. They were very busy when we got there, but still got us right in, found the newest looking used tire they had, changed it, put our spare back, made sure the rest of the tires were full of air and had us on our way quickly, but not before wishing us a safe rest of our trip. If you’re passing through and have an emergency, or live close enough to use them routinely, we definitely recommend McClary Tire!

We were just two hours into an eight-hour road trip when our alternator suddenly went out. Stuck and stressed on a Saturday, we started frantically calling around to find help. Kasey was the only one who was not only able to squeeze us in, but did so with kindness and professionalism. The service was quick, the price was more than fair, and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!!

Okay y'all I know the parking lot can be a little intimidating scary even at times but don't let that fool you about what's inside!! In fact if you feel like your parking job might scratch another car, don't you fret these good old boys in here will park your car for you. And if you're real lucky Kasey might play you a tune while you wait! All in all I was in and out very quickly considering how busy they were, truly a master of their craft, wholesome, genuine, and very good at what they do. Today getting my tires replaced my favorite part of the entire day was a story about a guitar and a 5 year old little boy... Ain't that something when business feels like family.. do you know you get to talking and catching up & time flies by and before you know it your car is already ready!
I also want to say that all I had to do when my car was done was step outside the door and hop in and drive away. princess parking (:
