We brought my daughter's phone in because it was broken. The lady at the counter, a very sweet lady at the counter, let us know that we had insurance on the phone and that it would probably be less expensive to get it replaced than it would be to buy a new one so that's what we did thank you, lady at the counter.

I have spectrum mobile and cable there Internet is the worse I have ever had, my mobile drops out all the time, if you do mobile hotspot good luck and you better enjoy buffering, I had cable at my house and someone went down to the store and had my cable turned off with out even checking with me, I had sold my house but the closing was not for another 13 days, all I got was too bad to sad, they don't care about their customers

Stay away from this company. They will rob you blind. They send people to your door to tell you about this "great " program called ACP. Apparently even if you don't personally qualify, sometimes your address does. They offer free internet through this government program. Sounds great. Install is free too. Even better. Get signed up, get installed, get a bill. But I'm not supposed to get a bill, because this was that program. Call customer service, who then tells me I need to send them information to see if I qualify for the program. You sent someone to my house because my address qualifies. I didn't contact you. Had to spend hours on the phone trying to figure everything out, only to cancel service in the end because they're nothing but liars. Even worse, I'm still getting bills for service months after I canceled. I've had to fight collections twice because they keep sending my canceled account to collections. Don't do business with this company. They are awful and have the absolute worst customer service. Once they have you sold, their sales people will ignore you and tell you there's nothing they can do. Stay far away!

Athens, AL Spectrum Store-absolute worst. I wish I could give them minus stars. I lost connection every day, all day and had to keep reconnecting. I can't tell how many times I had to call and have the signal sent to the modem to get back online. They would come out every once and a while and supposedly do something to help but it never did. The bunch at the store in Athens have no idea what they are doing or how to help customers with problems and get rude and defensive if you asked them anything while trying to resolve a problem. They are the cause of most of the problems customers have. We ended up having to call the Spectrum customer service to get anything done and the guy there that answered after a hold time of over an hour was 'surprised' we were leaving after so long, and asked didn't the people at the Athens store try to offer us a deal to stay with them. I told the truth about their rudeness and how they aren't interested in helping customers figure anything out or doing anything but putting in their time and then going home.

Basically has a monopoly on the whole Athens area, regularly has outages with no explanation or stormy weather. Customer service number leads you to a robocall where you have to know the tricks to get to an actual representative, who will then act like you're an idiot and just suggest "Uhh have you tried restarting your router?" Like that wasn't the first thing I tried.The best internet packages they offer are mediocre at best, and you'll likely still get regular outages (sometimes multiple per day) for no reason.You know they're committed to customer service when every reply to their reviews is the same 3 copy and paste phrases and their Facebook link.

What a joke of a company! Their hours are posted on the door until 6pm. I arrived at 5:40 and the door was locked! Two employees standing at the counter. One FINALLY came to the door and stated they closed early due to lack of help. My question was how many employees do you need to return an unopened box of equipment. They were VERY rude! I will be finding another internet provider as soon as possible. I just cancelled my tv service today due to their lack of customer service with cancelling ESPN. I would give zero stars if able. What a joke! Absolutely pitiful.
