Checked into this hotel after the original hotel I was gonna stay at was full. I paid 98 bucks to sleep on a cinder block with a brick as a pillow. Terrible, hard beds. Pillows lumpy and hard. The door to our room didnt fit the frame properly and hall lighting flooded our room all night. You can hear every single car and truck that goes by. In the mornings you can hear every other guest leaving their rooms. The breakfast was less than basic and the room itself was super small and very tight. Was not worth the money at all. Definitely spend the extra money and stay next door at the best western!!

Terrible!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Look at other reviews, it’s not just me! This has by far been the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a decent experience so I decided to stay here again 2 years later. BIG MISTAKE!! The hotel staff is rude, combative, manipulative and outright shady. I booked this reservation through booking.com and paid the full reservation cost several months ahead. I called the hotel (super 8) a week before my reservation and the day before to ensure everything was set and there were no issues. Upon arrival, I was first told my credit card was declined… (shouldn’t have mattered, the amount was paid in full months ago) but then it turned into booking.com was the issue and they were not paying super 8 the credit for the reservation. Again, this was confusing how my credit card was being “declined” and providing this error message. I was then told I would need to cancel my reservation through booking.com and start a new reservation with Super 8 right then and there (book with the front desk staff in person) and that was the only option I was given. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with booking.com to cancel, then found out that my refund would take 12-14 days. So I was expected to just come up with the money again, even though I would not be refunded for 2 weeks. With no other choice, I went through with it and was guaranteed by the super 8 staff that the price would be the same. However, it was not. There was an additional $15 charge added on each night that they claimed was due to a “tax increase” that became effective in the area 10/1. At this point, it became OBVIOUS that this was the intention all along, to collect the “additional tax fee.” I tried to fight the tax fee and was talked in circles .. claiming that it would have been added regardless, even if the booking.com reservation would have worked, etc. I do not believe that at all. They were so shady about the entire thing, changing their story constantly and becoming more and more aggressive once I started asking questions and figuring out what was really going on. There was a gentleman who was also trying to check in at the same time and attempted to help with my situation. He travels all over the world for business and uses booking.com 100% of the time. He has NEVER had an issue with the company, especially one of this nature and agreed that something sketchy was happening. Since it was after midnight and I had been traveling all day (and going at this for nearly an hour) I gave up and decided to look into it in the morning. From there, the problems with this hotel just kept getting worse. The room was not clean, there were stains all over the bathroom area (tub, toilet, sink), the chair in the room was covered in stains, the mini fridge did not shut all the way and comforters were covered in stains. There were multiple issues with the hotel staff providing necessities for the room. On my last night, one of the pillows had multiple black stains all over the pillowcase. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement ( pillow or just pillowcase) and was told I could not get one until the manager returned which would be 2 hours later. I was going to bed soon and was not willing to wait 2 hours for a clean pillow to sleep on. Each bed in the room only came with one (very small) pillow, so I had to sleep without a pillow that night since I was not able to wait over 2 hours to get a clean one. The room also did not come with a hair dryer so I called the front desk to ask for one and was told they don’t have any. Later that day I spoke with a different employee who said they do have hair dryers, but I would need to come to the front desk to get one and provide a timely notice of when I needed it. At one point there were not enough towels in my room so I called the front desk to ask for towels, again told I would need to wait 30-45 minutes and come to the front desk to get them. Lots of food choices walking from the motelParking for cars with trailers is problematic if more than 2 or 3 show up.

Sheets were stained. There were only hand towels in the room, no larger towels for showering. Ceiling showed signs of water damage. Chair was stained. Room was extremely musty smelling . Male front desk clerk was super rude and unhelpful.

I was escaping an abusive situation and I made a reservation online on the way there. They wanted a $300 deposit. Not only did they turn me away but they kept my $71. If it wasn't for my son sending some more money, I would have had to sleep on the street. Do not stay here. They steal and are rude and heartless.

We had made reservations a week prior using Wyndham points. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no reservation in our name. We had indeed cancelled a reservation for the previous night but had booked one for the current night. The desk clerk told us she couldn't find it. We showed her the reservation number and she showed us a blank screen. We called Wyndham and they said they would call the desk while we waited on hold. We heard the phone ring but conversation. After a while our call to Wyndham dropped and we asked the clerk if she had gotten a call. She said no, someone had called for a wake up call. We chose travel and continue driving. This motel obviously didn't want business. The clerk was unhelpful and unconcerned. When we checked email later, we found that we had received a notice of cancellation one minute after walking into the motel.

The stay was great. Quiet , clean and a medium price. Breakfast was available but we decided to sleep a little instead. Brad slept soundly and since he's driving, that's what mattered.

I am giving this little place a 5 Star Rating. Though its quite out of date as far decor etc, it is very comfortable and homey. It has everything you need and I am highly impressed with how clean it was! Our room was very clean and smelled really nice when we first walked in and that was refreshing. Stayed one night, just passing thru but I was pleased with the price and the place was clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

I called desk for towels because there weren’t any in room and front desk told me I had to come downstairs and get them. I rented room for the purpose of my out of town boyfriend to come and spend the night with me because I had family staying with me at my house so I wanted privacy but the man At the front desk raised his voice at me telling me that he ran a nice tacitly and didn’t allow me to bring men in my room like that/ I asked him exactly what was he accusing me of because if he was implying prostitution he was being way out of line and that I paid for the room so if I wanted my boyfriend to come stay I could in which he said if I did he would have security make me leave . I asked for a refund and he said I could not because I booked online: The room was hot and I had to drag my suitcase upstairs when I did go up there. I would not recommend this hotel wirh it’s rude owners that falsely profiled me. I am a divorced mother of 5 children who just wanted a break and didn’t want my grandchildren being a man to my own home. They had no right telling me or accusing me of anything because I wasn’t soliciting I was only trying to be respectful of my family.

We stopped with our two children and parents fairly late as we had stopped at multiple hotels with no vacancies. When I walked it they had a musky smell to the place but it was all that was available. I was also under the understanding it was 77 for each room but ended up getting charged 163 for each room. There were no towels in our rooms, the pillows were not soft, and when I walked in there was a dirty rag sitting on the night stand. When we got to breakfast there was little to no options and not so clean looking, we ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. I didn’t say anything and the staff was nice but when I realized I was being charged double what I thought, there was no way it was worth the money.

The beds were rock hard, and when I went to the front desk in the middle of the night, they wouldn't even give me an extra blanket because the manager was sleeping. They also watched us eating in the morning the entire time which made us feel overly uncomfortable. Will never stay here again and would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Staff was rude, we got heavily up charged at check-in, the price is not worth the quality at all. Rooms weren’t cleaned, we found old crusty yellow towels behind the mini fridge. There was sticky wet residue on the bathroom counter and in the drawers. The bathroom air vent SCREAMS the entire time the light is on and you can’t turn it off.
