A UPS driver refuses to deliver packages to all the paying customers on two streets here in Athens and instead drops them at this store. This store knows this driver does this, knows the driver lies on his/her delivery remarks, and knows that he/she refuses to deliver on our road, but they won't lift a finger to help resolve the situation or meet their obligations. I have gotten in touch with them and/or UPS corporate a dozen times conerning undelivered packages, and nothing gets done. And this was happening to everyone on this road before I moved here.

I have not received my mail since August from the post office apparently this location has had issues where they are not able to receive the mail from the post office when it’s forwarding. I’ve never had this issue before. I contacted the store and post office to see who can help me and tell me where my mail is at. I regret getting the year membership. I was told that the owner is the only one that can do a refund and that they don’t even know when he would be in store next time. She called him and he told her there is nothing they can do. I want my money back this is the worst experience I had ever received please don’t get a pmb here unless you want your mail to never be delivered. I will have to escalated this until I get my mail. Thanks
