NO high pressure sales. NO endless haggling over prices. Grant was extremely knowledgeable of every vehicle and let us test drive multiple vehicles. We settled on a 2001 and worked a deal for another set of wheels, tires and delivery. Grant is a pleasure to work with and the entire experience couldn't have been more perfect. We couldn't recommend any other place. If you are in the market for a used jeep, there is no place you need to go other than Gilberts. So, 5 STARS from me and 5 STARS from my wife. You will not be disappointed!”

She answered all my questions and showed me shed on the lot that was just what I wanted. 3 days later it was delivered. “Bought a 2007 Honda Civic about a month ago. I was a bit leery due to some of the negative posts written about this place on Google and Facebook, but i decided to deal with them anyway. They have been in business 50+ years for a reason. The owner was honest about the car and very easy to deal with. The car has been perfect since I drove it home. As long as you do your homework on the value of the car and run a CARFAX report before you buy, you will not have any problems. Great experience! I will buy here again.”

“Absolutely Great people and place to purchase a vehicle and he has cheaper prices than anyone else in LIMESTONE COUNTY and actually nice vehicles too. He had 3 Chevy Tahoe ranging from 4500 to 5000 also a 01 suburban on 20s with leather interior custom black chrome grille and bowtie and the blacked out head lights and turn signal and fog lights which all have HID kit and bulbs. Touch screen navigation and sound system it synced my phone to it when it turn on and started playing my music. Heated seats and leather gotta 3 inch chrome exhaust. Sounds mean looks mean with the Red paint with black gray hood with the grille and lights on 20s with2inch deep dish. But if you are looking for newer rides he got them too. 2018 Silverado and (I'm not fan of Ford) but has beautiful 2019 black with gold rims and trim Mustang gt 6speed. It was nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.”

“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”
