The personal are usually nice, however, always understaffed. Long lines because of lack of personal. I do not understand why they are always understaffed at the office and my local mail carrier is always leaving other people's mail in my box. I have complained but no improvement!

Poor mail delivery for the last couple years , our route hasn't received mail in at least a week . No one answers the phone .

Awful. Don’t get mail for weeks at a time. No one to call. Can’t pick up mail from the office since it’s not sorted
