Chute helped me purchase a new phone after I completely broke mine hiking. He was so helpful in transferring my line to my boyfriends and helping me set up my new phone. The process was way less stressful than I anticipated, I am so thankful.

Not a corporate store and Verizon won't fix Victra's corruption!!
Did a trade-in three years ago...they said it would be reflected in the bill, but it wasnt. We had all the paperwork, but no one would honor it! The store was no help and corporate wouldn't honor it bc it wasnt a corporate store. They stole our phone!! Fought with them for 9 months before giving up. Reposting this review for your benefit. Go see Robert at the Madison location and always ask if the store you're shopping at is "corporate!"

I purchased an Apple iPhone Pro Max on 15 June 2024. The sales person was Mr. Caleb M. He informed me that the iPhone required a wall charger adapter which did not come with the phone. I was switching from an Android to an iPhone. I told him that I had several wall chargers for the Android. I asked if I could use my Android wall adapters for the iPhone? He implied that I needed the wall adapter in the store.
On 17 June after I discovered that all my Android adapters work with the iPhone. So I returned to the store for a refund. I stated that from my discovery the wall adapter is not needed if you are switching from an Android to an iPhone and that he should inform the customers. This upset him and he stated that I am a man and he deserved respect. I told him that I was not upset and that is how I talk. He initially refused to do the refund and said the manager would be back tomorrow. I asked if anyone of the sales person in the store could do the refund? He was still upset and angry. The atmosphere in the store was at this point totally rude and not professional. One of the sales people told me to return when the manager comes. I left the store without a refund.
I have been a customer with Verizon for roughly 9 years and I had purchased a $1200 phone a few days ago was treated really nasty. This was in my opinion is greed. I was simply asking for a $40 dollar refund on the phone. My experience with this Verizon store in Athens, AL was terrible and as a loyal customer I was disappointed and no one should be treated so rudely.

these people will try to charge a "setup fee" of 35 dollars for doing nothing. contact Verizon customer service and tell them to waive the fee and if they say no tell them to send you an Itemized list of what that 35 dollar fee included. VERIZON STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF ON THESE SET UP FEES WHEN Y'ALL DONT DO ANYTHING TO SET THE PHONE UP

If this is the Verizon in Jones valley, it has gotta be the best one in Huntsville. Or madison either one. Their attitude is really nice. They're very.
Proper with their manners, not just stand there and look at you.

Do not let these people change your plan unless you first check with corporate Verizon. They convinced me to change my plan to make it cheaper but didn’t bother to tell me I would lose my promotional discounts which made my bill increase. The sales people are only concerned with making their commission and will cost you more money in the long run.

I would not recommend going to this store unless you'd like to pay more for your bill then told. Was told I'd get $1000 off if I pre-ordered the new Samsung 24, that was a lie. They did not mention you have to have a certain type of plan to qualify so now I don't get the discount on my plan. Not one single person knows what they are doing there!
