It is 6:30pm the store closes at 7pm. The store representative has locked the door and she is hiding behind the desk and not answering the phone or the door. This is absurd and ridiculous being that I got off of work early to get my phone working.

Got the phone from here but won't be returning to this location unless they get BETTER workers that knows how to talk to their customers the manager is great and very helpful but the other lady that works there is just rude and very ignorant!! Do your job you don't just look and sound pissy say READ THE SIGN someone is going to curse you out someday im surprised you haven't been fired already never seen any worker at a cell phone place so sorry and lacks good mannerism in my life!! Brewton has great workers i'll be taking my business there from here on out.

RJ, is an amazing customer rep for AT&T! Not only did he provide excellent customer service. I came into the store approximately about 10-15 minutes before closing.He called his manager to obtain permission to reopen the register to complete the sale! In my professional experience and opinion, AT&T should be notified of how he represented the AT&T brand and family. Thank RJ for your amazing customer service!Robert J.

Im from Charlotte NC and stopped by this store because my phone was acting up. While my system was updating talked to Christie, and RJ and the other young lady. They answered all my questions. Were very professional and helped me make a decision on what phone I was getting next. Great customer service thanks guys.

We were there to look at merchandise when the store associate RJ came to talk to us. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He actually convinced us to transfer our service over to AT&T. Helped us set up our online account and payment arrangement. RJ was a great help. I would consider him a great asset to your company! Thank you RJ. We are happy that we made the switch!
