Highly disappointed with this company. We brought in a small project for a couple UHMW Plastic Assembly Boards, which we could not even get them to finish an estimate. 2 Months after I first brought them the parts, I called several times and visited twice for updates and there was always one story, or another, as to why they had not been able to get me an estimate. If you don't have a large project, you may be disappointed with how unimportant they make you feel.
The people there were nice enough, and I cannot speak for the actual work they do, because I could not get that far. I got tired of waiting for the estimate and decided to just take our parts back and build the boards out of hardwood. If we have another project need in the future, there are several other machinists/fabricators in the area we will reach out to instead.
