The employee working the window was so rude- she walked outside after we paid and was staring us down like she hated us. I have no idea what is wrong with this woman but please, do every customer a favor and replace her with someone who can work customer service!

When I first started going to this location it's was fine. Customer service was great. The food and my drinks were perfect. Its right on my way to church... Two weeks ago I came through the drive-through. The person that took my order had a attitude with me. I was being nice and polite the whole time she was still being dry and very short with me. Right before I got to the window, that same person that took my order was being kind to the person in front of me. I had my window do so I can hear them. When I got the the window, when I was about to put the tip in, she snatched the tip bowl. When I got my drink. It was awful. It was like they add too many pumps of sugar and it wasn't mixed together. When I came back the the following week, just to see. I order the exact same thing and my drink was fine!! Today I came back. The person that took my order was rude. I ordered the same drink, awful. That is my last straw. I will not be going back. You treat people how you want to be treated. You also never know where your blessing will come from.

I hoped that with time they would become better. The employees need to all be retrained on how to make drinks. There are some really nice employees who will try to help.

I've not had a worse quality Starbucks. The espresso is always scorched doesn't matter if it's blonde or house. I have been a regular customer from the beginning hoping they were just working out some kinks and training. But no its just bad. I've had my drinks remade a couple times at the beginning but still just as bad as the 1st. My birthday wish this year is for Atmore Starbucks to begin having order accuracy (make what the customer orders, how they order it), training on how to pull a shot of espresso, learn the recipes. Yes the customer service is good at TIMES while the rest is just mediocre to McDonalds. I want to become an everyday customer again but I just can not continue to throw away $$ here. I drive all the way into Pensacola for starbucks now from North Escambia County.

We went through the drive-through, and the woman taking our order was extremely rude and kept interrupting us. Then, when we got to the window, we asked to double check that they heard that we wanted 7 pumps of honey in our tea. When we received our order, it was incorrect, and the lid was not on the tea, and it spilled all over me. Experience for the customer should be priority over all. Also, you can at least give people what they ask and have paid for.

Takes too long even if you go inside, and they got my drink order wrong. Taste your drink before you leave. I ordered 3 espresso shots for a reason.

Don't know how to make the drinks. Or just don't bother saying they are out of the caramel drizzle where I can order something else. My macchiato was absolutely disgusting, and to top it off took over 30 minutes to get.

The worst Starbucks, I’ve been to. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and drink. They gave me the wrong sandwich and made my drink horribly wrong. On a time crunch, I went inside. The employees seem to not listen and know how to make the drink, even if the instructions are clearly given to them. They continued to hand me the wrong drink and moved it from a tall to a venti cup. Don’t waste your time and money on this location.

Has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, rude staff, out of almost everything, long wait. Id skip this Starbucks if I were you. Definitely needs new management.

I ordered three drinks and they messed every single one up. i got a strawberry açaí refresher and they added lemonade for no reason. i ordered oatmilk and saw them use regular. as someone who’s lactose intolerant i’m not very happy rn.
