Mail delivery is sketchy at best. Haven't had mail delivery in 2 days now and This is a Business Address.... What is Going on??? I don't have time to wait 30 minutes on the phone to speak to an actual person.

They close early a lot! I went 15 minutes before closing time today, and they had the doors locked and mouthed through the glass that they were closed. There were still people in there mailing packages, but they wouldn't let anybody else in.

for some reason when my friend holds her mail, the mail gets held for everyone at this address, including me, sick of not getting my mail

I put a change of address in at the Post office window on the 21 of July for my mail to be charged from 335 Bragg st to 301 school st Atmore and it still has not been delivered to my new address I was living in a black area move to a white area are they pregejest at the Post office

Multiple issues with carrier not picking up pkgs. Have called and complained numerous times with no results. They over promise and under deliver! Not happy at all.

I've had 2 packages "lost" just this week. The mail carrier said she put both packages in my box but fortunately for me, we have a camera on our box that clearly shows no package! The only explanation I've gotten since explaining this and offering to provide proof is that my packages are lost and someone will be contacting me. Still no word and no package! Disgusted is an understatement! Very unprofessional service

I recently had a terrible experience here and you can form your own opinion. I went to mail a package and was told I needed more tape on the box. I asked the clerk for some and she stated I would have to buy a roll. I purchased a roll for $3.49, taped the box as instructed. Another woman after me came in with her package without any tape at all. The clerk graciously gave her free tape with no problem. My niece asked her why she did that, she gave no reply and walked to the back of the post office. I'm black and the woman who came in after me was white and so was the clerk.
