Assistant was knowledgeable and helpful, even tho she had several customers and the only person there at the time. She was able to solve my issues, offer my choices and helped program my phone while assisting and greeting other customers!

Heather is super sweet and knowledgeable about products and plans. Explained how we could get a better deal than I have currently with ST. and how to get our numbers and keep them even though we have multiple different carriers in our household.
