“We enjoyed seeing all of the different species of animals, although most were napping. The site was clean, but there could have been more signage showing how to get to different areas of the preserve. There were not many people when we showed up, but this was probably due to coming on a Friday morning with rain in the area. The animals all seemed happy and well-cared for. If you are in the area, this is worth a visit! Be forewarned that the road leading up to the preserve is not paved and rain may create a slippery conditions. AWD/4WD isn't necessary, but you'll definitely need some ground clearance to be safe.”
