do not buy from this auction especially if your a online buyer they will auction you a car online and green light it and announce there is a noise in the front and its a wheel bearing on video with the seller and auctioneer and management and i can
post it and i have to come the next day to get it they told me i have 5 minutes to check the car and i heard the noise they on video said it was a wheel bearing and i took the because they was being honest with me when iN fact IT WAS A LIE they were covering up A BAD TRANSMISSION had i came over and just heard a noise i never would of bought the car but because they green light guaranteed and on video said it was a wheel bearing i trusted then they misrepresent and take advantage of customers who buy online and now i have to take other measures because of misleading information from ALLISON CROSSON JOE JANDRLICH AND KELLY AUTO AUCTION DO NOY BUY FROM THIS AUCTION AND I HAVE THE VIDEO HUGE DISAPOINTMENT I LIKE SMALLER AUCTIONS ALSO BUT CANT TRUST THEM.

This is one of the smaller auto auctions in the area but they seem to be well organized. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Your tow truck driver has zero regard for road safety and the safety of those he shares the road with. A very poor representation of your company, if you care to know, which you probably don't. Did well over 50 coming into a town area in a marked 35mph zone. Went around a bend so fast he had to slam on the brakes and swerved all the way into the next lane and back over. While carrying a car on the deck and pulling one behind. This driver has no right having a license after the stunts he pulled. Speaking as a professional driver myself, one day this person will be the cause of a fatal accident and then they'll learn their lesson...or not because it could be their final lesson

Tried to buy a vehicle and have it shipped. Was told if I paid $500 they would do some extra "re-assurance" work for peace of mind. Well, after I gave them the $500, the text updates and engine tear-down photos I was promised never showed up. When I asked for updates the responses got increasingly brief. After several weeks I gave up and ate my $500. Be careful if you plan to get something and have it shipped.
