What a great outfit. We were traveling thru Gadsden back to our home in Texas. We bottomed out or RV on a steep incline. Thacker arrived in just 15 minutes and was able to free us in just a few minutes.Thanks to Thacker and the community locals who stopped to helped us. We will long remember the Gadsden community locals, wonderful people, who were so willing to help strangers in a bind.Service: Special vehicle towing

Great experience with the company and driver. They said it would be a 20 minute wait and he arrived 10 minutes early. He towed my car to its destination in a timely manner, but he excessively speed the whole way there (20 miles over, 70 in 45) and was swerving off the road many times. He was very friendly and helpful, just was not a great driver.Service: Car towing

it's rare this day and age that you meet people who help without it benefitting themselves in some major way, and you never expect to encounter such people at a wrecker service. Kenneth and his wife were a real blessing to me and sincerely helped me when I had lost hope not only on getting my vehicle out of impound but was loosing hope altogether there generosity and kind spirit was the one thing to turn my whole situation around. you won't find better service or a better group of people in all of Alabama I am truly grateful for the help they didn't have to extend to me. I feel honored to have met them.???

Would not use or recommend these guys. 2 times they have towed my vehicle, 2 times things came up missing. They are nothing but thieves!And nice try on the deflecting and shade attempt. Yes, my truck broke down. Twice. And twice your guys towed it and twice your guys stole items out of it. You should hope they don't try to pawn them as the items were serialized and also put in the police report.
