They won’t deliver my mail now say mail box is to low I raised it now they deliver junk mail but not bills or things I order.

Mail carrier folded my diploma marked DO NOT FOLD and it now has a permanent crease. This has happened several times with other items clearly marked as DO NOT FOLD.

Package shows attempted deliver although my regular mail was delivered and package would have fit in box, the carrier is always leaving packages on top of or beside my box. Just plain sorry!!
