Waited 30+ minutes after the cough medicine was called in to even come and then my husband had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for it to be filled. For cough syrup. That’s ridiculous! I hate everything about Walmart, including the pharmacy.

Actually one of the best pharmacies I've used in this state next to the Leeds Walmart pharmacy. And I've lived between here and Birmingham for 3 years now. They actually answer the question you have. Not give you the answer they think MIGHT be right or just to please you for the moment. Most other pharmacies I've used have given me 5 different answers in a day about issues actually on their end instead of actually figuring out what the issue is with your meds and most of all the staff have been great and happy.

Once heard them complain about the phone ringing and they ignored it when there were only 2-3 of us physically there in line. Trying to get them on the phone is usually tough. Their statements on whether a prescription is filled or not has often been contradictory. Another time they were out of our prescription and said they called it in to the Gadsden Walmart but they did not. When Gadsden tried to contact them, guess what? No answer on the phone. When we tried to call someone picked up the phone and hung it up. We called back and a man answered, he hung up on us while we were still speaking. They seem or would like to seem busy so we will do them a favor and take our business elsewhere.

They tried to charge me $20 when they decided not to run insurance and I asked them to run it and then it was free. They said they wouldn’t meet at door or do curbside because it’s raining. My child is sick and asleep and they are grown and didn’t want to meet at front door to give me the medication. They have zero people skills and were just rude.

They are all about curbside unless it’s inconvenient for them. Rude and always take forever to figure out what they are even doing.

The worst care. They do not answer their phones. I asked if this is walmart policy or the insurance policy. They answered with probably both, without looking it up. They don't even pretend to want to give you your meds. They are lazy and condescending. If you want to feel sub-human; by all means get your meds here.

Wife and sick baby in the car...in the rain...during a pandemic...parked in the Delivery stall. She called four times with no answer, just to be told that they wouldn't send anyone out in the rain and that she could wait and call back when it stopped raining. She then had to get our sick baby out in the rain to go in the store and find FIVE staff members that apparently couldn't go out in the rain. Incredibly rude staff that always looks miserable. Clearly not concerned with customers or sick people at all, which is literally the entire purpose of the pharmacy. Very disappointed with how wife and baby were treated. Sadly, that is the usual with this location.

I started using this again. I try calling them and all I get is a fax tone.

Love shopping at this Walmart in Atalla... At least this Walmart doesn't allow dogs in the store unless they have papers to prove there a medical animal... The one in Gadsden has 5 dogs in it today and there owners had them around the deli and cut meat area.... Gadsden Walmart has went to the DOGS. ..

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and they are very nice and they fill your prescriptions quickly compared to other pharmacies.
