scheduled a perm with Charlayne and i got cancelled the night before. i thought she wanted to perm my roots, (all my grown out roots). but she clarified the night before that she would just do my frontal roots and the crown area... i've been getting my hair permed for some time now and also been in cosmetology my self and that would not look grown out good and for $75? i have thick hair but wow, and just for the front roots and crown. that's okay tho will find somewhere else

Kristen West was detailed and friendly! Asked several questions to give me the exact haircut I wanted! Salon was very clean and had good Covid- related practices. Reasonable price too.
