Every time I go in Ace, I immediately have employees asking if they can assist me. It is incredibly helpful, and it’s the whole reason I shop at Ace versus Home Depot or Lowe’s. The last time I went in, I had a plumbing issue that was unable to be resolved at Ace. The employee was able to direct me to a local plumbing supply company who was able to resolve my issue. Ace is and will continue to be my hardware store of choice!

Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for knowledgable staff with experience and polite service! They are so much better than the Big Box stores! Ace staff have helped me out several times since moving to Opelika! So friendly!
