Ordered hats and shirts beginning of November for Christmas gifts. Called and emailed multiple times always with a new excuse. Never received my order so I called to cancel (a week ago) and have yet to be refunded. Owner refuses to return calls. Poor business and customer service

Similar to others here, I ordered 3 sample hats to be embroidered with our company logo on June 6, 2023.They were labeled for shipment via USPS but were never actually sent.I have spoken with the owner Andy on numerous occasions and still no hats despite him making excuses and saying he'd send them.It's not so much about the hats, it's about the dishonest and untrustworthy business owner who can't follow through with their empty promises.It's a shame, Andy. You seem like a nice guy but you're just a scammer with no intention of doing the right thing and just sending the order... it's been over six months already. Where is it?

I ordered three hats to sample in November 2022 with the expectation they would arrive before Christmas. They never came and I was never notified. When I called in late December to inquire, I was told they were on back order would arrive in January. In March they said my order was in and and being sent out to the post office. I was told i would receive confirmation and tracking. this never happened. I called again a week later and was assured my package would go out with that day’s mail and that I would receive tracking. I did receive a pre-shipping tracking number but the package never made it to the post office. I reported this a week later—they said they would look into it and get back to me; they did not. I have called ten times in total, asking each time to talk to the owner, Andrew, and each time he was busy or away. I asked for a return phone call each time; it never happened. Finally, on April 10th, I asked for a refund, which customer service said they would request and asked again for the owner to be in touch; he has not reached out once. As of today (4/21) I still haven’t received my order or refund.

I had a blank Auburn jersey and wanted authentic numbers on it. They assured me I would be taken care of. They used wrong number font and it looks ridiculous. Did. It even offer to correct. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.

Ordered a single, plain (no embroidery, nothing) hat on 8/2. Called 3 separate occasions checking on status. Was told first it would ship within 2 days. Second, was told it was shipping that same day. Third, was told they didn't know what happened that they took it to USPS already. Tracking shows that was untrue. Tracking finally shows it to be delivered 8/27, tbd. Shipping to/from are 3 hours apart. Shouldn't take a month to be delivered. No apologies or communication have been received. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

I've been bringing my business to All American Embroidery for years now, and I have never found any business that has treated their customers like family, and who consistently did excellent work. There was a rough patch during the pandemic, when they were down to almost no staff, and got overwhelmed with orders, but as always they took the time to explain this to me, and help me understand what the issues were. I don't know if any business that wasn't affected by covid in similar ways. I love the work they do for my company and for my kids clothing and backpacks. All American has a customer for life here!

Absolute best customer service I have ever had!!! I had a super last minute rush order on a hat I needed embroidered and they were so helpful and organized about it! It also turned out perfect I was so happy!

I had bridesmaids flannels embroidered here, and the quality was wonderful! Tammy worked with me, and she spent a lot of time helping me pick the perfect design and color for the monograms. She did proofs for me while I waited. Their customer service is excellent, and they completed my order quickly even during the Christmas rush. Highly recommend!

This is the cutest little shop and their items are super adorable! I had a shirt printed from there and both the quality and the service was exemplary! 10/10 would recommend.
