We absolutely love the staff here as well as Dr. West. Our dog is a little finicky with people, but not here. He willingly drags us inside so that he can see all of his human friends at All Creatures!

The best vet! We drive an hour and a half from Atlanta to here because this is the most affordable vet. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! They’re reasonably priced too. I HIGHLY recommend anyone debating on what vet to choose to choose this one! We’ve been to various other vets and had terrible experiences. Dr. West and her team are so wonderful, I love every one of them.

Dr. West and her staff took great care of Zelda Lola. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone with an exotic pet. Dr. West has a lot of experience with exotics and you can tell in the care that she shows for all her fur babies that come in to see her. Also the staff is nice and knowledgeable and that’s definitely a plus! Thank You for taking care of my floof!

Link went for his first vet appt ever with his big sister Zelda and had a great experience. Everyone is really professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Dr. West is fabulous and I would definitely recommend her and her expertise. She makes everything go really smooth and is straight to the point so I like that. If you are looking for an exotic vet then All Creatures is the place I would highly recommend.

They were very accommodating with the walk ins for shots that my 2 cats needed. They also offered boarding that I desperately needed at the same time. Great team and great customer service skills!! My cats will be returning ☺️ God bless and thank you for watching over my big babies!

I have taken my pet rats here to get spayed and they are recovering well! I am happy there is a vet who can care for my pet rats in Auburn.

This is a long overdue review… I started coming to all creatures vet clinic approximately 2 years ago. I had a very sick turtle and they were the only place that helped reptiles, hence the name “all creatures”. I was able to get an appointment the same day to get my turtle seen. They were very eager to help make sure that he was okay by running tests, giving him medicine, etc. What made me choose to keep coming back is the fact that they treated my turtle with so much love. I also had two dogs at the time, one who had really bad allergies and had been to multiple vets in the area that I live in and none of them were nearly as nice/understanding to my dogs as they were to my TURTLE. Previous vets would just tell me to give my dog Benadryl, but Dr. West immediately suggested an allergy test and proceeded to provide me with permanent solutions. I drive almost an hour to the vet and back anytime I have an appointment because they do such an amazing job every time. Doctor West and her team are all very loving towards all creatures and are very very helpful when you have any issues with your pets. I highly recommend that you consider going to them whenever your fur baby is in need.

They took great care of my baby Violet. I had her in to have a bump on her chest checked out which turned out to be a mass and she needed surgery. She was in surgery the next day and everything went well. She is on day 2 of her recovery and is acting likes nothing happened. Well worth the 1 hour drive for us since it is so hard to find a trustworthy exotic vet. Thank you Dr.West and staff.

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone with any exotic animals! This clinic/hospital is one of the best places I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing, helpful, and every positive word you can think of. Our chinchilla, Onyx, was having rectal prolapse and we had no idea what to do or who to call, but every other clinic that we called recommend All Creatures. Mind you, this vet is an hour away from where we are. We called as soon as they opened, and they got us an appointment immediately for the same day. When we arrived, they took immediate and intensive care for our baby. They treated him like he was one of their own! They called us a number of times to keep us updated on him and his condition during his recovery. We were unable to pick him up the same night, so she gave us the option to keep him overnight, which was so helpful. The prices are great, too! If i could give more than 5 stars, i totally would! Thank you to the staff so much!!

Called up here because no veterinarians near me took chinchillas. I asked if they took emergency issues and they said yes but told me to make an appointment because it’s cheaper that way. They got me an appointment right away and I was able to bring my chinchilla in. They immediately took us back and checked on him, after the paperwork and initial test they immediately took him back for surgery as he had a life threatening condition. They told us how much it would cost along the way which made the experience so much better. After we left they continuously called to let us know his condition and how he was doing after the surgery. We even called up a couple times to check on him and they happily updated us. The next morning when we picked him up the vet gave us a run down of how to properly care for him during his recover. We’re so thankful for everything they did and how well they treated us and our chinny.

I have been taking my Pooky, hamster, here for a year. He has had multiple respiratory infections and so i agreed to get a culture to see if there was a better medicine for him. According to the culture - which was 100 dollars - he needed 2 special meds to given back to back to clear up some bacteria growing. I agreed to the treatment - 45 dollars a bottle for a week - and picked up my first treatment and finished. I called to check on the 2nd med and they said they would put it together and i could pick it up saturday. On saturday I have to get up early - i work late at the hospital - to get there in time and its a 40 min drive. I paid for my med and watched the tech wait on everyone else in front of me - people came and left - while i waited for her to go make the med i needed because it wasnt made like i was told. Finally an hour later i was told they made up my med but it was the same med he had the week before. I explained this so the tech went to check on the med. I was told the med had to be ordered and they didnt have it but the vet said i should have him take this medicine again while i wait on the other..another 45 dollars. I said no because it wasnt the original plan. ( It seems like the med should have been ordered when the other med was picked up to have it ready because you knew he would need it a week later.) They then asked if i wanted to get a credit for the next medicine when it came in and i said no id like my money back if there wasnt medicine to get that day. They were having problems with a refund - said they didnt know how so i said id take cash..Dr West said they dont do that and continued to try a refund. She finally gave up and gave my 45 dollars cash out of the drawer. Pooky was already better after the first med so i called the next monday and said not to order the other med i think hes fine now.
Dr. West told me at the beginning of november i should wait for about 2 months to get Pookys teeth trimmed again. With it going on 2 months I called to get the appt and was told my account had been closed and i needed to go to another vet. There are no other exotic vets in the area except auburn and you cant get a last minute appt there. So i had to find an exotic vet - which is an hour and half away to get my hamsters teeth trimmed all because you didnt order the med he was supposed to have the day i needed it for him. I didnt yell - i wasnt rude i just didnt want to buy something i wasnt picking up. 45 dollars is a lot of money month after month. It adds up. I am probably better off anyway because when i called Auburn they said you are not on the recommended vet list. I now know why. You seem to care more about money than you do the animals.
