This place is amazing, tons of equipment, from modern to vintage, hot and cold line items, FOH and BOH, utensils, tableware, you name it. Matt, the purveyor, is one heck of a character to boot. Any hard boiled line cook, foodie, collector, or owner/operator could spend hours here.
