Normally I have a good time here busy tonight the bartender was really rude and the staff didn’t take anything seriously. They just seemed bother by our presence.

I went there and had a great time bowling! The environment was so nice and the staff was so sweet especially the woman at the bar named Brittany. She provided excellent customer service and was very helpful with what’s good on the menu. Will definitely return

Staff is great. Always have a good time. The proshop staff is fantastic and knowledgeable. Stays fairly busy.

Place smells like smoke. Place is way too dark. Unpleasant staff. Ludicrous pricing. If you want to go bowling in Auburn, I'd suggest GoodTimes just five minutes away.

Great. At first they get observant and content. Don't take that wrong. Just said what you need and want as it is and be positive. They super friendly and intense when finally welcomed you. Their vibe is a little bit more content but the place is great focus on having great time and enjoy the rest. Sometimes is a wait time if not appointments but insist and be ready to get shoes with not socks and powder if you use that. Everything else is great. The ball sometimes takes time to rotate back to you but if the game is on just try round have more than one ball. Enjoy. Bring hand sanitizer if you picky or lysol wipes. It was a great experience I love the lemon pepper chicken wings. Go as much as you can live is short.

My daughter likes to bowl it is nicer since they revamped the place only wish the arcade was bigger much nicer than before but in that area they can’t compete with Stars and Stripes

I’ll start out with the positive. The refurbishing looks good and the prices aren’t bad….
On the negative…. have been here 3 times in the past 4 months and each time was met with short staff and long waits for the bar and for general check-in.
Today was bad for staffing, so much so that the kitchen was closed. We had a group of about 20 that were happy to buy food and bowl.
The only reason the experience was good is the ONLY staff member, Terence. He juggled check in and the bar, by himself until 5pm and was extremely humble about being the only person there. We tried to tip him and he told us he was not allowed to accept since he is a manager and the tips we left for the bar would go to someone else. That right there is enough to cause good employees like Terence to leave. He is amazing and Bowlero should be honored to have him as a manager. He worked his tail off and other managers should be ashamed for not coming in to help him.
I don’t know if I will be be back simply because of what I’ve seen i the staff has to deal with not having support and help. I get that things happen but it shouldn’t be this frequent. They only reason I’m giving 3 stars is Terence and the remodel.

I had a great time they changed it a lot and it's looks very nice drink's and food is good and a good price as well.
